It’s bewildering to me that Condition Red never got an actual rerelease after its initial vinyl run in , save for a couple bootleg CDs sloppily ripped from the original vinyl/5(3).

5. The Red Rockers were a great punk band from New Orleans who took their name from the Dils song of the same name. Inspired by groups like the Clash, Stiff Little Fingers and the Dils, they started off as the Rat Finks doing cover tunes of aforementioned groups, then changed their name and released the "Guns of Revolution" single before moving to San Francisco.

Red Rockers quickly joined the punk milieu in late with their first vinyl record, Guns of anquasibowissehealthmagoodsvabnilu.co 45rpm EP, with the title track on the A-side and its B-sides of "Teenage Underground" and "Nothing to Lose", was a cult hit, and the band was heralded in some punk fanzines as "America's Clash". Guns of Revolution was only the third release by a fledgling New Orleans record label.

7. Mar 17,  · Here is the fantastic Red Rockers 'Condition Red' LP. I also included their song from the Rodney On The ROQ Volume Two Comp. The song is on the LP, as well, but it is a different recording. Red Rockers were a punk band from the early 80's. They were from San Francisco.

8. Condition Red may be one of the most underrated 80s USA punk rock albums out there. Love that album. JUNE 21, AT PM angstytimelord said My first exposure to these guys was the sort-of-hit "China" off the "Good As Gold" album -- had that album on vinyl and played it to death.
